Chennai Tiffin was born on a summer's day in 2018. After years of my chef's career at various Indian Restaurants, I decided to drop everything and build the Chennai Tiffin of my dreams: high-quality ingredients, delicious recipes, and lots of TLC. Not to mention a funky interior design, great music, and a super hip atmosphere.

My name is Diviyanathan George, and I come from Pondicherry. Cooking isn’t just my profession—it’s my passion, my hobby, my pastime, and my favorite obsession.
For me, every dish tells a story, but biryani holds a special place in my heart. I see biryani as an edible form of art—where every grain of rice, every spice, every aroma, and every layer comes together to create something truly unforgettable. It’s not simply food; it’s a craft that I love exploring, perfecting, and sharing with others.
